Gullway Villas is a long standing community of 96 condos, grouped 8 per building in 12 spaciously placed structures.  The grounds are well manicured with grass and flowers accenting the lighted walkways.  At the center of the complex is a guarded pool that is surrounded by a privacy fence. We have off street parking on newly paved lots placed immediately next to each of the 12 buildings.  Our place is Unit 203 at 424 Gullway Drive.  Our second floor unit is quiet yet just 100 feet from the pool.  We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  We sleep 6 with a queen, 1 full, and a sleep sofa.   A spacious great room and dining room are well served by a well equipped kitchen.  We have improved our unit with all new hardwood and ceramic tile floors, and we have carpeting in both bedrooms.   The unit  has been freshly painted and sports new windows with window treatments as well.  We would love to share our home which is a 4 block walk from the beach and boardwalk!  Read on and view our photos.
