Second Season- May 11 - June 14 AND Sept. 4 - Oct. 5
1. Full week: $795
2. Mini week: 3 day(Saturday-Tuesday) $500

Out of Season: April 1 - May 11 AND Oct. 5 - Dec. 1

SPECIAL RATES ON LONG WEEKENDS BOTH IN AND OUT OF SEASON IF AVAILABLE. RENT OUR UNIT AND OUR SISTER UNIT, 201(RIGHT NEXT DOOR) CONCURRENTLY AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON BOTH. OTHER DATES AND RENTAL PERIODS WILL BE CONSIDERED. CALL FOR DETAILS!
Bring your own Towels, Linens, Toiletries, Hand Soap, and Paper Products.
We provide all cleaning supplies with the exception of dish detergent.
Check- in 2pm AND check- out 11am
Off season weekend and daily rates available.
$100.00 security deposit required at time of rental; full payment due 5 weeks prior to rental unless other arrangements have been authorized by us.
Please note you will be invoiced for any damages that occur during your rental period.
We rent ONLY to families and adults over 21. Please do not ask us to rent to minors! And you MAY NOT sublet to minors either.
